Hard days don’t last, whereas hard people do

Aria Masterbatch & Irco Masterbatch Company started its activities 20 years ago by importing and distributing different kinds of masterbatches and additive materials under the trade name of “Omid Color”. After being active in country’s polymer industry for many years, and getting familiar with Iran’s market, despite the problems existing in the production field, the company started to produce different kinds of black, white and color masterbatches, as well as various additives. Afterwards, to expand marketing the company purchased the Irco Mastbatch brand name and presented its products under this name. Now, the company is proud that its name in known as one of the top producers in the country.
Akbar Dadkhah, the president of Aria Masterbatch & Irco Masterbatch Company explained the technical specification of their products and said: “improving the quality of the products according to the market and customer needs has been one of our most important aims. We are proud to announce that we are currently able to produce 17 metric tons of masterbatches per day with the best quality which can compete with European products.”
“Our company has a high market share in Iran due to several years of work by our technical and marketing teams to satisfy the customers. Moreover, last year we started exporting our products to neighboring countries including Afghanistan, Iraq and Armenia,” he said.
“IRANPLAST is a good opportunity for leading and innovative companies to present their new products. We have a special program to put a step forward and show our competing ability this year. The good news for our customers is that our masterbatches will be available in 12000 colors and shades. In addition, we will be ready to present engineering masterbatches, mineral processing aids with high fillers, white masterbatches with high titan content, and novel additives in plastics industry,” he added.
He said that they have sponsored the exhibition with the aim of helping it to be held in an excellent manner. “This is the leading company’s responsibility to help the exhibition. Iran has a high share in producing polymeric materials in the Middle East and it can corner the neighboring countries’ market, which would be possible by accompany of a powerful exhibition such as IRANPLAST.”
Talking about the opportunities and challenges in the plastics industry, Dadkhah said: “we can export the polymeric raw materials with reasonable prices, which is a good opportunity. In addition, plastics industry is a young and indigenous industry, which can be improved by raising the Knowledge level in the country. The challenges that we are facing are the sanctions, insufficient raw materials and currency fluctuations. Fortunately, according to the government approach to elimination of the sanctions, development of a secure economical condition and entry of liquidity into the market we hope to have a good economic growth this year.”
